Our vegetables always reach you fresh as soon as possible after harvest. In season, it is often in the shops despite the need to clean, sort and pack the day after harvest. In the off-season, and for some crops that need to be dried, there is still a storage period between harvest and delivery to the end customer, but this uses the most up-to-date procedures and techniques so that the vegetables retain their freshness even during storage.
